One area of the globe I have had little traffic from is Africa, with the exception of South Africa, and also Egypt. Wait -- I also think I have had visitors from Morocco.

I'm also wondering about someone who could live on the line where Europe changes to Asia, and there could be a place where you could be in Europe, Asia, or Africa all at the same time. Probably not. My wondering is incoherent.
