I got this one from Barack Obama -- who auto-tweets every hour or so. He wrote if sea levels rise 1 foot, it will cost us 200 billion dollars. I wonder how much it would cost us if the seal level fell 1 foot? I'm guessing about 200 billion dollars. CM Evans Cartoons
